Finance Industry Annual Incentive

From the inaugural VIP event, ID Meetings & Events has worked with this client to produce a successful event, ‘raising the bar’ each year.  This event requires ID to source a very unique, high end location for a VIP incentive weekend followed by a two day conference which is in a different venue and often a different location.

40 delegates for VIP weekend and 150 delegates for the conference

Annually from 2005 to 2009

  • Management of online registration and invitation
  • Co-ordination of private charter flights and all travel requirements
  • Management and sourcing of all speaker requirements
  • Management of all audio visual requirements for the conference component
  • Management of all offsite events
  • Co-ordination of all entertainment requirements
        • Management of expansive social program requiring theming, entertainment and marquee set ups
      • Co-ordination of spouse program
  • Logistical management of both the incentive weekend and conference
