Bill Wright

Chairman

Bill Wright has over 30 years experience in the inbound tourism industry. He founded ID in 1973 after working with Qantas for seven years. Bill is Chairman and a significant shareholder of ID, an Australian and New Zealand-owned Company.

Karen Mathieson

Director of Sales & Operations

Karen has over 14 years experience in conference, exhibition and special event management. She is responsible for the overall operation of ID with a focus on Sales and Marketing.

Claire Winn

Operations Manager

Claire brings a wealth of experience having worked in the meetings and events industry for over 10 years in Sydney & London.  Claire is hands-on in her role and always has innovative ideas along with exceptional project management skills to turn any project in to a success.  Along with her first-rate leadership skills the Operations team is dedicated and experienced to deliver beyond your needs.

Rhiane Ball

Senior Account Manager

Rhiane is responsible for the successful execution of incentives, conferences, meetings and events from inception to completion. With over 15 years experience in conference, meetings, catering and special events she has extremely strong project management skills.

Mary Goldsack

Account Manager

Mary has worked with ID in various capacities for over 20 years. With such tremendous experience Mary’s skills lie particularly in touring including conceptualising and design of tours, development and set-up of tours, daily client contact, staffing, sourcing of event components, on-site tour management, staff training and transport logistics.

Sharon Bain

Conference Manager

Sharon has 19 year’s experience in conference, meeting, exhibition and incentive program management. Sharon’s portfolio includes responsibility for the organisation of conferences, travel and tour programs together with extensive exhibition management.

Leanne Zeid

Business Development Manager

Leanne is responsible for the sales and marketing of ID Meetings & Events within Australia. She has over 15 years experience in the conference, hospitality and tourism industry, with her most recent role being with Business Events Sydney.

Leanne has extensive industry knowledge and has established excellent relationships within the corporate, association and government sectors as a result of working in various sales and marketing roles within the tourism industry.

Tamara Bracht

Sales and Operations Executive

Tamara is responsible for all proposal writing for Incentive and Leisure business, creating customised and unique propositions to suit each client. Tamara has over 8 years experience with leading 5 star Hotels and Resorts and has enjoyed extensive travel throughout Australia

Katherine  MacLatchy

Account Executive

Katherine is accountable for the support and operation of creative Incentives and Conferences for both our Australian and International clients. Katherine has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing, a Diploma in Event Management and two years experience in Business Travel. She has a true passion for the industry and has been with ID since 2007.
